Elevate currently serves communities in Washington, Waukesha, Dodge and Sheboygan counties. Our programs and services vary from county to county based upon each county’s individuals needs. From AODA prevention programming to youth and adult intervention services, as well as recovery and support initiatives, we are here for everyone in need of our AODA and mental health services.

Youth Intervention - for young people who struggle with absenteeism and school success, and early signs of anxiety and depression.
Calm Harbor - a mental health crisis stabilization residence.
Supportive Independent Living Program - supportive services to help individuals with mental illness live independently.
School-based AODA prevention programs including research-based curriculum and programs for middle and high school students.
Waukesha COunty
School-based AODA prevention programs. Currently this includes implementation of evidence-based curriculum in elementary and middle schools as well as Peers 4 Peers, a peer listening/mentoring program for high school students who choose to remain alcohol and drug free.
Sheboygan COunty
Calm Harbor - a mental health crisis stabilization residence.
Supportive Independent Living Program - supportive services to help individuals with mental illness live independently.
Intoxicated Driver Program - assessments for those who have been convicted of operating while intoxicated.
School-based AODA prevention programs including research-based curriculum and programs for high school students.
Dodge County
Calm Harbor - a mental health crisis stabilization residence. Residents of the following counties may access services provided by the Calm Harbor facility in Beaver Dam: Dodge, Columbia, Marquette, Fond du Lac, and Green Lake.
