We are seeking local organizations to help us gather participants for the Voices Survey.
The survey is a local adaptation of a national study that centers the experiences of people who use substances. The goal is to design more effective and compassionate prevention and support strategies in our community and to better understand and support people who use substances.
How You Can Help
- Distribute informational material and incentive cards to potential participants.
- Encourage individuals to contact our survey line.
- Display flyers or have your staff assist with outreach.

- A script and overview for your team's understanding.
Who Can Participate: Individuals aged 18+ who have used cocaine/crack, methamphetamines, or opioids in the past year, residing in Waukesha County. Every participant will receive a $25 gift card if they qualify and complete the survey.

This confidential, phone-based survey is a collaboration between Waukesha County Health & Human Services, Beyond Vision 501(c)3, and Marquette University, designed to understand substance use patterns and needs.
