• 2:00-2:25 p.m. - Consider joining Stephanie Engle, Social Worker and Coordinator for the Overdose Fatality Review (OFR),  in making “Cards for a Cause.” Stephanie provides bereavement support to family members who lose a loved one. She is using these beautiful cards as part of the bereavement process. Come join us in creating these cards!

The Stigma Reduction Action Team is hiring a consultant to assist in developing a social media campaign on Linked In to reduce Stigma. You can find a link to the RFP on the Stigma Reduction Action Team page. This meeting will include our "regularly scheduled agenda items", we are very excited to share the work of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).   The CHIP is a comprehensive approach to assess and improve community health.  (more information on the CHIP and a detailed agenda are below)

The focus of this meeting is Stigma Reduction Training & Awareness.   This topic has surfaced from both our Stigma Reduction Action Team as well as comments from the HTF partners after the June 13th quarterly meeting.   We are excited to partner with our guest speaker and HTF community partner, Ms. Rachael Cooper from Shatterproof.
