Data Literacy Survey Results 〰️

We aim to improve data literacy and standardize metrics among HTF community partners to measure progress and determine outcomes.

To achieve these goals, the team plans to:

 1.     Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate HTF members on basic data literacy, principles of data governance and privacy, and success metrics. See the results of the recent data literacy survey from the Heroin Task Force here!

2.     Gather input from HTF members, community partners, and the public to determine a common set of metrics aligned with HTF goals and priorities. Establish a process for baseline data collection, ongoing data aggregation, and data accessibility for community partners.

3.     Provide guidance, resources, and support to HTF action teams to identify priority populations, develop effective strategies, and measure success through baseline data, technical assistance, and regular progress reports.

By implementing these actions, the Metrics and Measurements team hopes to create a culture of data-driven decision-making within the HTF and improve the accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of substance abuse and overdose prevention initiatives.
